Immigration Practice Platform

A modern operating system for immigration practice.

A private, secure platform for boutique immigration and visa firms. It automates the document-heavy work that occupies fee earners and paralegals — and returns the practice to advisory work.

The problem we address

A practice issue, not a technology one.

Immigration practice has always been document-heavy. In the past five years it has become document-impossible. Skilled-worker thresholds change quarterly. CoS requirements shift. BRP renewal windows compress.

Every applicant arrives with a folder of passports, payslips, bank statements, certificates and sponsor letters that must be transcribed, verified, audited against case-type requirements, and turned into a coherent submission. Most boutique firms absorb this with paralegal hours — fee earners increasingly supervise data-entry rather than advise clients.

DocFlow AI was built to invert that ratio.

The platform should feel less like a SaaS tool and more like an additional senior paralegal — one that never misses a deadline and reads every Home Office update the moment it lands.
Today
  • Paralegals transcribe passport & bank data into case files by hand
  • Cover letters and RFE responses are written from templates each time
  • Evidence bundles are checked manually against UKVI / USCIS rules
  • Visa & BRP deadlines live in shared spreadsheets
  • Policy changes are read piecemeal, often after they take effect
With DocFlow AI
  • Documents are dropped in; every field extracted with confidence scoring
  • Letters drafted by AI in the firm's voice — editable, fully auditable
  • Evidence bundles audited against the case type's exact requirements
  • Every deadline surfaced, colour-coded and tracked on the dashboard
  • UKVI & USCIS alerts arrive in a single, severity-tagged feed
§ 02

Core capabilities

Six instruments, one practice.

I

Document extraction

OCR and AI classify each document — passport, bank statement, CoS, P60, marriage or degree certificate — and extract every field with a per-field confidence score. Solicitors review and approve before attachment.

II

Letter generation

Cover letters, RFE responses and supporting statements, drafted by AI in the firm's tone and streamed in real time. Every draft is editable and saved to the case file with full version history.

III

Evidence audit

For each case type, the platform scores the evidence bundle by category and flags every missing item — a defensible, partner-reviewable audit trail before submission.

IV

Deadline management

Visa expiries, BRP renewals, appeal windows and submission cut-offs, tracked centrally with urgency tiers. Nothing lives in a spreadsheet; nothing is missed.

V

Policy alerts

UKVI and USCIS policy changes arrive in a single feed with severity tags. Partners and solicitors see the same alerts; the firm dismisses or archives each centrally.

VI

Universal search

A single keystroke (⌘K) searches every case, document and deadline in the firm — grouped, keyboard-navigable and instant.

Beyond the six core instruments, twenty-seven à-la-carte modules extend DocFlow across the whole practice — sponsor-licence compliance, AML & live sanctions screening, conflict checks, tribunal appeal bundles, matter billing & profitability, client-care letters, renewals and partner analytics.

§ 03

From document to filed case

A four-step pipeline, observable end-to-end.

Step I

Upload

The fee earner drops the document onto the relevant case — or into the inbox to be assigned later.

Step II

Extract

OCR runs, the document is classified, every field extracted and validated against case-type expectations.

Step III

Attach

The solicitor reviews the fields, attaches the document, and the case strength score recalculates.

Step IV

File

Letters generated, evidence audit run, deadlines confirmed — and the case is submission-ready.

The commercial difference

You own it. You don't rent it.

DocFlow AI is a one-time perpetual licence, deployed on your own infrastructure with your own API keys — full source code included. No subscription, no vendor lock-in. Over three years, a Practice configuration costs roughly half an equivalent SaaS subscription, and you own the system at the end.
