OCR and AI classify each document — passport, bank statement, CoS, P60, marriage or degree certificate — and extract every field with a per-field confidence score. Solicitors review and approve before attachment.
Letter generation
Cover letters, RFE responses and supporting statements, drafted by AI in the firm's tone and streamed in real time. Every draft is editable and saved to the case file with full version history.
Evidence audit
For each case type, the platform scores the evidence bundle by category and flags every missing item — a defensible, partner-reviewable audit trail before submission.
Deadline management
Visa expiries, BRP renewals, appeal windows and submission cut-offs, tracked centrally with urgency tiers. Nothing lives in a spreadsheet; nothing is missed.
Policy alerts
UKVI and USCIS policy changes arrive in a single feed with severity tags. Partners and solicitors see the same alerts; the firm dismisses or archives each centrally.
Universal search
A single keystroke (⌘K) searches every case, document and deadline in the firm — grouped, keyboard-navigable and instant.
